Meet Maria and Karen, two lifelong friends, vintage enthusiasts.  Karen, a design devotee, and Maria, a master craftsman, have collaborated on jewelry, clothing and home goods.  Then came the pandemic.  Maria sewed masks, a simple act, but it refined her skill, especially with the delicate, luxurious kimono silk she had collected.

A friend's request for custom pillows.  That was the spark.  Imagine vibrant Hawaiian fabrics that Karen sourced in the islands, mingling with  the rich, textured history of Maria's vintage kimono collection.  One-of-a-kind designs, bursting with color, each pillow a unique story.  Applying their unique design aesthetic, each pillow features a different design on each side and many are framed with gorgeous vintage trims.  These pillows aren't just visually stunning, they offer the unparalleled, luxurious feel of genuine vintage silk.  Kigi Handcrafted Goods was born.
