Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size or color

• Damage or defects

Please be aware that due to the vintage nature of our kimono silk fabric, there may be imperfections or flaws in the material.  We make every effort to minimize defects in the design, but sometimes it can't be avoided.  We do not believe this detracts from the natural beauty of our pillows.

Our pillow covers are shipped in a reusable frosted zip locked waterproof bag then placed in a biodegradable waterproof mailer.

We only sell pillow covers. Pillow inserts are not included in the price.  We are happy to send you a link for a recommended pillow insert that you can purchase independently.
